Customs and Excise Client Service Charter
March 6th 2019, Customs and Excise Regional Office of West Java had successfully organized Customs and Excise Client Service Charter Workshop in cooperation with Service Level Agreement (SLA) team, led by Ms. Monika Dwi Meliani, Head of Section of Bilateral III, Directorate of International and Public Affairs.
This two-day workshop was opened by Mr. Danang Kuswidodo, Head of Division of Internal Compliance and was officially closed yesterday by Mr. Saipullah Nasution, Head of Customs and Excise Regional Office of West Java. On closing ceremony, Mr. Saipullah Nasution stated that Client Service Charter Workshop aimed to create comprehensive understanding of customs officials about how to excellently serve stakeholders while performing the function and authority of Customs.
The workshop had been running effectively. We had shown our upmost gratitude to all participants who had actively participated and to SLA team that had made this agenda a success. It is expected that all participants will deliver the materials and experience gained in these two days to their colleagues and co-workers back home.
